Volkswagen Credit, the captive lending arm for VW Group of America, has named a new CEO, effective June 1. Ernst Jan van Eijkelenburg, previously regional manager of VW Financial Services China, will take over the top job at the captive, succeeding Jens Effenberger, who will return to VW Financial Services in Braunschweig, the company said.
