Puma x Porsche Celebrate 911 Turbo With Yellow Basketball Apparel Line

Porsche and Puma have cooked up their latest clothing and shoe collection in partnership with NBA star LaMelo Ball. The collection takes inspiration from the famed Porsche 911 Turbo and Indiana’s automotive industry.

The two highlights of the collection are the MB.03 shoes that LaMelo Ball plays in and the All-Pro Nitro. The NBA superstar’s MB.03 shoes sport a dramatic yellow and black colorway and can be complemented with yellow or black laces. The strakes along the body that look like claw marks make the shoes stand out. We’re not sure where the inspiration for the 911 Turbo comes from, but there are small Porsche and Turbo logos.

Complementing the MB.03 are the All-Pro Nitro sneakers that are also dominated by yellow and include a few touches of black. They too feature both Porsche and Turbo logos but again, they don’t scream Porsche quite as much as the limited-edition sneakers Puma introduced last August to celebrate Porsche’s 60th anniversary.

A handful of other pieces of apparel have been designed for the collection, including a hoodie, jackets, graphic T-shirts, sweatpants, and shorts.

According to Puma, “the latest collab showcases a seamless fusion of athletic prowess and automotive elegance, creating a lineup that will surely resonate with basketball enthusiasts and automotive aficionados alike.”

The collection will launch on both the Puma and Porsche Design websites on February 14 with prices varying between $45 and $175. The items will also be available at Porsche Design retail stores, Foot Locker, and Kids Foot Locker.

Porsche and Puma have released a handful of fashion collections over the past few years. In mid-2022 they launched a special sneaker series celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Porsche 911 Carrera RS 2.7, offering it in 10 available paint colors.
