Mercedes-Benz Places Dubai Is Your Latest Automotive-Themed Luxury Living Project

If you passed on Lamborghini’s luxury villa project and skipped the Aston Martin Residences, perhaps Mercedes-Benz Places will be your future home away from home.

As part of a new venture, Mercedes and Dubai-based developer Binghatti are teaming up to “merge the worlds of automotive and architecture.” The result will be a 65-storey residential tower that promises to deliver a “holistic, connected, and desirable luxury living experience.”

The tower will apparently be known as Mercedes-Benz Places Dubai and it will rise 1,118 feet (341 meters) above the city’s bustling downtown. It promises to offer uninterrupted views of the Burj Khalifa while also sporting a “distinctive elliptical exterior,” which is claimed to be reminiscent of Mercedes cars.

Mercedes-Benz Places Dubai will consist of 150 residences with two- to four-bedrooms. They’ll be “meticulously crafted” and buyers can also scoop up one of five penthouses.

The companies were coy on specifics, but Binghatti said there will also be “mixed-use facilities comprising of restaurants, sports & wellness zones, lounges, non-automotive retail, exhibition spaces, and parking.” The firm went on to say there will be a “spectrum of advanced and innovative mobility solutions” including electric vehicle chargers, automated valet parking, and chauffeur services. If residents feel like getting some exercise, there will be a bike and scooter sharing service.

A ground breaking is scheduled for later this year and Mercedes’ Sales & Marketing board member, Britta Seeger, said “By launching Mercedes-Benz Places in Dubai, we are breaking new ground by seamlessly integrating the world of Mercedes-Benz into the living environments of our customers and prospects. Our collaboration with Binghatti Properties unites expertise and trust, pioneering a real-estate experience that embodies our shared passion for innovation.”

Binghatti added the project “underlines Mercedes-Benz’s strategy to strengthen its position as the world’s most desirable automotive brand” and will transfer their “design DNA, emotion, and intelligence to branded residential living spaces.”
